Very effective traps, great value. Good Price and quality I could not find better price with fast delivery. Delivery was fast. Product quality is good. Sticky glue is strong. it can easily hold little mice. Sadly they work very well. Very sadly they work. We tried all the humane traps for months, the catch and release and the high pitched plug-in. Neither made a jot of difference and my blood pressure was taking a beating seeing the furry little critters running round and hearing them at night. Had visions of waking up with one on my chest staring at me. So resorted to these, and what do you know, caught one in less than an hour. A minor miracle. But then comes the horrid bit, the little thing is squealing and wriggling, it really is horrible as you have to end their suffering. They work…but at a cost. Brutal but effective Let’s be honest, sticky traps aren’t the most humane option, but when you’ve got mice that are dodging every ultrasonic gadget and trap in the book, sometimes you need a guaranteed result. I used this 6-pack strategically around problem areas, and it did do the job.One mouse that had been evading us was finally caught when it tried creeping into another room. It got stuck on the trap, let out one final dramatic squeak, then collapsed onto the pad like it knew it was over. Brutal, but effective.These traps are also larger than expected, big enough to catch an adult-sized rat, not just small mice. They come folded in half, and you peel them open to lay them flat. Once used, you can fold them back up to dispose of them (or close them up if you’re not using them yet). Just be warned: once something’s stuck, it’s stuck.The glue is seriously strong, if you or a pet steps on one, you’ll know about it. I accidentally caught my slipper on one and it was a battle to get free. They’ll also pick up stray bugs, fluff, and anything else that touches the surface, so don’t leave them out too long if unused.If the mouse isn’t dead straight away, be prepared to act quickly and finish the job. I’d strongly recommend throwing the whole trap away after a catch, it’s cleaner and prevents other rodents from picking up the scent. Technically you can reuse them by removing the mouse, but in my opinion, it’s not worth the hassle (or the trauma).In short: not a gentle solution, but a very effective one for tough cases. Surprisingly effective, the only solution that worked! We recently discovered that a few little mice were sneaking into our rented house, likely from underneath the kitchen. Since we're renting, we can't do any major renovations or seal-ups, so we started trying various solutions. Initially, we wanted a humane way to catch and release them, but unfortunately, the mice ignored the live traps completely and instead made themselves comfortable on our sofa!Next, we tried poison, but they seemed too smart for that too. As a last resort, we bought these sticky traps and to our surprise, they worked right away. On the first night, we caught one mouse. We thought maybe that was the only one, but the second night we caught another. That confirmed we had more than one unwelcome guest.Now we’re using the traps every night just to be sure the house is mouse-free. These traps are very sticky and effective for small mice (not sure how they'd hold up against larger rats). One handy feature is that you can fold them closed during the day and open them at night for reuse.We paid for next-day delivery as we needed them urgently, and they arrived quickly and well-packaged. The traps were extremely easy to set up, and the pack includes a good quantity, which is great because it increases the chances of the mice stepping on one.The only downside is that it’s really difficult to deal with a live trapped mouse, it’s heart-breaking. But in our case, this has been the only thing that actually worked.
